Buy online and get your size wrong?
No problem, ship it back and we’ll replace with the correct size, issue a refund or a gift voucher. Your choice...
Only a couple of conditions;
- Product must be returned in perfect sellable condition (original box, tags, paper etc)
- You pay the freight (it must ship via a traceable method...unfortunately we can’t take responsibility for stuff we didn’t ship!). Don’t forget to record that tracking information

It’s just our humble suggestion that you place a new order at theFrontier.com.au when doing an exchange but if you hate that idea, you can fill out the exchange form that was included in your original shipment if purchased online, and we will process the exchange once we receive your original product(s).
Upon the arrival of your original purchase we’ll credit back onto your card the full amount within 2 business days of its arrival. We’ll email you a receipt confirming that everything is done and that the money is coming back to you!
Gifts with Purchase
If we were so kind to include a free gift when you purchased something... and then later want to return said items... well that little freebies got to come back home to us. It’s only fair... plus it can go on living in another home... not that your hospitality is unwelcome.... it’s just well, time to set that freebie free!
If we don’t receive it back, we will have to charge you the retail value of the gift.
